Her career spans across global organisations operating in industries such as fast-moving consumer goods, retail, financial services, defence and ICT.
Nametsegang describes herself as an advisor and enabler who thrives on co-creating and embedding the organisational culture, crafting country and context relevant policies, and frameworks that guide and align human capital practices towards the organisation’s strategic objectives
She has extensive knowledge and experience in business turnaround, organisational change management, as well as driving talent and performance management in a people-oriented environment to achieve the global and strategic goals of the organisation. She leads a team of human capital practitioners across various countries to ensure synergy as they create an enabling environment for the company to attain its vision.
She holds an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science, as well as a BA degree majoring in Industrial Psychology and Industrial Sociology from the University of Witwatersrand. In addition, she also has numerous leadership and project management certifications
