Cedric Miller has been appointed as the new CFO of Altron with effect from 1 May.

Altron has announced the appointment of Cedric Miller as its new chief financial officer, replacing Altron Group COO Andrew Holden, who had been acting CFO after the resignation of Tim Jacobs.

Altron Group CEO Mteto Nyati (pictured) said: “Cedric brings a wealth of knowledge to our company and his experience in financial services is a distinct advantage. Given his track record in leading people and companies through periods of change, Cedric will be key to driving our growth through the One Altron strategy.”

Cedric has over 27 years’ financial and accounting experience, having worked extensively in global investment and retail banking. He is a qualified CA and Certified Financial Planner. He also holds an advanced certificate in Taxation.
