AMENDMENT TO PROPOSED NAME CHANGE DATES

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 18 June 2021 wherein the Company
advised shareholders of the proposed name change of the Company.

The name change of the Company is subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting
(“AGM”) and registration of the special resolution with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission
(“CIPC”). More information is contained under special resolution 6 of the Notice of AGM which was posted
to shareholders on 18 June 2021.

The salient dates applicable to the name change appear hereunder.

Annual General Meeting and results of meeting released on SENS on Wednesday, 28 July 2021
Expected publication of finalisation of information, subject to registration
of the special resolution with CIPC Monday, 16 August 2021
Last day to trade old securities Tuesday, 24 August 2021
List and trade of new A ordinary shares
Trading commences on the JSE under new name (Termination of trading
of old shares on JSE trading system and Termination of trading on the
JSE of old name) Wednesday, 25 August 2021
Record Date Friday, 27 August 2021
Name change becomes effective for all purposes and CSDP and broker
accounts updated with new name Monday, 30 August 2021

Shares may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between commencement of trade on Wednesday,
25 August 2021 and the close of trade on Friday, 27 August 2021.
