UPDATE: DISPOSAL OF THE ATM HARDWARE AND SUPPORT BUSINESS OF ALTRON MANAGED SOLUTIONS

Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 27 October 2022 announcing the sale of
business agreement between the Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Altron TMT Proprietary
Limited (“ATMT”), and, NCR Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiary Spark ATM Systems Proprietary
Limited (“NCR” or “the Purchaser”), in terms of which the Company will dispose, as a going concern, the ATM
hardware and support business of ATMT’s Altron Managed Solutions division to NCR (“the Transaction”).

Whilst the regulatory approvals for the Transaction have been received from the South African, Botswana and
Eswatini Competition Commissions, regulatory approval from Namibia Competition Commission is still
outstanding and thus, the Parties have agreed to extend the date for the fulfilment or waiver (to the extent
permissible) of the conditions precedent to 24 April 2023.
