Whatever hardware and infrastructure solutions your business uses, you want these to work when you need them, and if there is a failure of some kind, you want it fixed as rapidly as possible. Moreover, you want this to happen, whether we are talking desktops, servers, printers, cheque processing systems or self-service devices like automated teller machines (ATMs), cash recycling, kiosk solutions, merchant processing terminals, retail point of sale systems and retail self-checkout devices, or even something like fibre solutions, professional services, hospitality solutions, telecom solutions, communication systems for voice and data, cabling solutions or even modular data centre solutions.
Break-Fix

We operate a 650-man field force deployed on a countrywide basis that delivers on SLA obligations and is further enhanced with partners in sub Saharan Africa, not to mention our direct links to local and international partners. All services delivered are undertaken against the foundation of our own service delivery standards, all of which are designed to be repeatable, irrespective of location. We also utilise suitably qualified engineers with the requisite skills to match the requirements of the environment.
We are product independent and are a fully authorised service delivery partner for NCR, Dell, Lenovo, IBM and HP, and we also support most of the leading OEM manufacturers’ equipment and associated peripherals across South Africa and neighbouring countries.
One of our core business functions is the concept of Installation, Move, Add, Change and Disposal (IMACD), and we currently conduct over 50 000 IMACDs annually. We define an IMACD as any service which will result in amendments to the installed base information, such as installation of equipment, moving equipment within a site, changes in software, operating systems and back office configurations, as well as the updating and loading of software not previously on the device.
Should you wish to redeploy equipment, we also have a fully equipped state of the art Rework Centre for refurbishing, off-site preventative maintenance services and repairs. Asset write-offs or disposal of decommissioned equipment is also handled, as required, under the account management procedures as defined.
