Company Secretary
Mbali Ngcobo is Altron’s Company Secretary.
She joined Altron in November 2021 as Company Secretary: Operations.
Mbali is an admitted attorney of the High Court with approximately 4 years of corporate law and company secretarial experience.
She has served in various capacities in listed companies including Massmart where she was Manager: Legal Counsel – Company Secretarial.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Laws (University of KwaZulu-Natal); Master’s in Corporate Law (University of Pretoria)
