As a micro lender in a largely informal sector, Lefa Cash Loans has the challenge of providing financial services to individuals who are often deemed unbankable by formal banking institutions. Many potential clients lack formal credit histories, stable incomes, and traditional banking relationships, making risk assessment and loan recovery challenging. The solution

Lefa Cash Loans has implemented the Altron NuPay DebiCheck system to streamline loans and repayments. When clients sign loan agreements, the contract details are sent to Altron Fintech. The client’s bank then contacts them to authenticate the transaction electronically. Once confirmed, a debit order mandate is created on the client’s account. Altron Fintech submits the debit order monthly, and the client’s bank verifies it against the confirmed information before processing. This ensures a secure, reliable, and seamless repayment process, reflecting Lefa Cash Loans' commitment to innovative and responsible lending.
